UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2018-414 Posts

 UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2018-414 Posts:UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION had released the notification for COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (I), 2018 for providing admission to candidates in Indian Naval Academy(INA), Officers’ Training Academy(OTA), Air Force Academy(OFA) and Indian Military Academy(IMA). The COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES Examination is conducted twice in a year. The COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES-I 2018 Online Application will be started from 8th November 2017 whereas COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES-II 2018 application form will be available from 8th August 2018. All the interested and eligible candidates must go through the important details regarding COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES 2018 and start applying for the same after the release of official COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES 2018 notification.

Important dates:

Online application process will commence from 8th November 2017 for COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES I

Closing date for the receipt of application  upto 04th December, 2017 till 6:00 PM.

Date of written entrance exam 4th February 2018.

Fee details:

The exam fee for COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES I is 200 rupees .Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.

Examination Procedure:                                                                                                                                              For Admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy:—

The maximum marks allotted to the written examination and to the interviews will be equal for each course i.e. the maximum marks allotted to the written examination and to the interviews will be 300, 300, 300 and 200 each for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy respectively.
