A professional degree can bring substantial costs beyond tuition. Kotak Kanya supports selected girl students from financially constrained families as they begin professional undergraduate education. The support is conditional on selection and the programme’s continuation rules.

Examples include Engineering, MBBS, five-year integrated Law, Architecture, Design and specified integrated science/research programmes. Check the exact course and institution conditions rather than relying on the subject name alone. The programme listing excludes children of Kotak Mahindra Group, Kotak Education Foundation and Buddy4Study employees.
Start with the admission record and current fee structure. Compare the name and marks shown on your school documents with those entered in the form. Use the programme’s own checklist for income evidence and any entrance-examination or institution documents it requests.
Keep a private copy of everything submitted and note the acknowledgement details. If the form asks about circumstances requiring explanation, use specific, truthful information. Avoid sending identity or financial documents to an intermediary who merely claims to be associated with the scholarship.
The headline amount is an upper limit, not an automatic payment to every applicant. Review the award letter for eligible expenses, payment conditions and renewal. Until selection is confirmed, keep a separate plan for admission and fee deadlines.
Programme providers control selection, benefits, deadlines and continuation. JobJet is an independent information website and does not collect scholarship applications or guarantee an award.
