Reliance Foundation’s undergraduate scholarship supports selected first-year students through a merit-cum-means assessment. Its funding limit applies across the degree programme, so students should distinguish the total award from an annual scholarship amount.
| Total assistance | Up to ₹2 lakh over the degree duration—not ₹2 lakh each year. |
|---|---|
| Who can apply | Resident Indian citizens in the first year of a regular full-time UG degree in 2026–27, subject to programme conditions. |
| Class 12 result | At least 60%. |
| Household income | Below ₹15 lakh annually. |
| Assessment | An aptitude test is mandatory. |
| Application status | The Foundation’s 2026–27 page announces applications open. Check the official portal for the closing date. |
The UG programme accepts students across subject streams. The current page excludes second-year or higher students, non-regular study modes, specified two-year/six-year degrees and the listed diploma-after-Class-10 route. Check your exact admission pathway before completing an application.
The Foundation describes assessment using aptitude, academic and personal information, with up to 5,000 UG awards. Its current announcement also states there is no application fee. Use the Foundation’s own links and read the test instructions before starting; an application without the required assessment is incomplete.
Gather your admission and academic records, check the income requirement and set aside uninterrupted time for the assessment. Enter achievements accurately and keep your supporting documents consistent with the details in the form.
Write down the acknowledgement and any next-step dates supplied by the portal. Avoid treating a successful registration screen as a selection result. If awarded, review the amount, disbursement schedule and continuation requirements before making longer-term financial commitments.
The Foundation also describes mentoring, leadership and networking opportunities. These may be useful alongside the grant, but the programme’s award communication is the source for the benefits offered to an individual scholar.
Programme providers control selection, benefits, deadlines and continuation. JobJet is an independent information website and does not collect scholarship applications or guarantee an award.
