Santoor Women’s Scholarship, an initiative of Wipro Consumer Care and Wipro Cares, helps selected young women from disadvantaged backgrounds continue into undergraduate study. This guide remains available for reference, but it should not be read as an announcement that applications are currently open.

The programme encourages eligible women considering humanities, liberal arts and sciences as well as professional study. It mentions preference for backward districts. Earlier scholars from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh may continue under applicable conditions; that continuation provision is different from this year’s new-applicant coverage.
The official site still displays application links, but the presence of a button does not itself establish an extension. Check a dated programme announcement or obtain clarification through its listed contact channel before preparing a late submission. Do not assume an older deadline has rolled into another month.
Keep your school and admission documents organised, and note which institution issued each record. If a future cycle is announced, compare its states, qualifying years and course conditions with your situation afresh. Rules from a previous cohort may not carry over.
Ask your college’s scholarship coordinator about other current opportunities while waiting. Building a simple list of confirmed deadlines, required records and application acknowledgements can help you avoid missing an available option.
